🚆 Getting to & from the airport
The Station is directly connected to all three terminals and offers frequent trains to Manchester Piccadilly in about 15-20 minutes, plus direct services to Liverpool, Leeds, Preston, Blackpool and beyond. The Metrolink tram runs from the airport into central Manchester in around 55 minutes, and National Express and Megabus coaches serve cities across the UK. Licensed taxis and rideshare (Uber, Bolt) use designated pickup areas — a taxi into central Manchester costs roughly £25-£35 and takes 25-30 minutes. For the city centre the train is fastest and cheapest.
